It’s really simple to enter your favourite community-minded group or individual for their chance to win a cash prize to help them keep up the good work! In fact there are just three steps.

All you have to do is tell us who you are, who you are nominating and where they are based. And yes you can nominate yourself so don’t be shy - if you have a story to tell we’d love to hear it.

Once you register we will send you an e-mail with the details of steps two and three (don’t worry It’s really simple).

All nominations will be entered for one of 12 regional finals, each with a chance to win £1,000 as well as being entered for the grand final and a chance to win one of two £25,000 prizes.
